TeeLedger collects information needed to operate golf leagues, respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources, and improve the service.
Information we collect
Account and league information may include names, email addresses, roles, roster and season details, and content entered by league organizers. For the 2027 campaign, we also collect league size, country, optional region, current workflow, consent, referral information, and campaign parameters.
How we use it
We use information to provide TeeLedger, secure accounts, support league operations, send requested service or marketing email, measure campaign performance, and comply with law. Marketing analytics events do not contain email addresses or free-text form responses.
Email choices
Campaign updates require consent and confirmed email ownership. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional service messages may still be sent when necessary to operate an account.
Sharing and retention
We use service providers for hosting, database, authentication, and email delivery. We do not sell personal information. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution.
