What counts as a golfer?
Choose the number of active golfers you expect to manage on the league roster. The first 12 golfers cost $84 for the year; every additional golfer adds $7 to the annual total.
Can the roster change during the season?
Yes. Commissioners can add and manage golfers in the league workspace. If the active roster grows beyond the purchased limit, contact TeeLedger to increase it while self-service billing is being connected.
Is this a Club Manager or tournament plan?
No. TeeLedger currently focuses on recurring, season-long leagues. A separate club package for standalone tournaments and general-purpose handicap tracking is not included in this plan.
Does TeeLedger work outside the U.S. and Canada?
Yes. TeeLedger supports recurring golf leagues worldwide. Commissioners can add any golf course manually using its current scorecard. The searchable built-in course catalog is currently U.S.-focused, and public pricing and checkout are shown in U.S. dollars.
What happens when I start?
Create your commissioner account, set the roster size and league details, then review the schedule, rules, and website address. TeeLedger shows the annual total during setup. Paid checkout opens there once billing is available; until then, you can create the free 8-golfer workspace without payment.
