Terms of service
These terms govern access to TeeLedger, a web application for organizing recurring golf leagues. By using TeeLedger, you agree to these terms.
League administration
League organizers are responsible for the accuracy of rosters, rules, schedules, handicaps, scores, permissions, and communications they enter or publish. TeeLedger supports league operations but does not replace the organizer's judgment or a golf course's rules.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, and use the service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, upload malicious content, or misuse another person's information.
Early access and availability
Early-access features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee acceptance, a launch date, or a particular feature.
Payments
If you purchase a paid plan, displayed pricing and checkout terms apply. Fees are not refundable except where stated at purchase or required by law.
Service boundaries
TeeLedger is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, TeeLedger disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability for direct claims is limited to the amount paid for the service during the prior twelve months.
